NoCo Women’s Connection Breakfast:
A welcoming space for women
Friday, August 21, 2026 | 9:30am - 11:00am
Location: The Neighbor, 144 South Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO (Upstairs)
We are excited to bring the Women’s Connection Breakfast to our Northern Colorado Chapter for the very first time. This gathering is designed for women seeking meaningful connection, shared understanding, and genuine support in both life and business.
This is an inclusive space for all women, whether you identify as neurodivergent, are a professional, entrepreneur, business owner, parent, caregiver, or simply looking for connection and community. You belong here, no labels required.
Each gathering is intended to foster belonging, encourage authentic conversation, and create opportunities to build supportive relationships through guided networking and shared experiences.
We look forward to creating a welcoming space where women across Northern Colorado can connect, collaborate, support one another, and grow together.
THIS MONTH’S FEATURED TOPIC
Outside the Grind: Reclaiming Joy, Creativity, and Play in Business
Presented by: Mandy Casteel-Denney
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that success requires constant productivity, endless hustle, and putting ourselves last. But what if the very things we've been taught to dismiss—joy, curiosity, play, and time in nature—are actually essential to creativity, innovation, and sustainable success?
In this refreshing and thought-provoking presentation, Mandy Casteel-Denney explores how reconnecting with playfulness and wonder can help business owners rediscover their creativity, prevent burnout, and build businesses that support their lives rather than consume them. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for bringing more joy into their work and a new perspective on what success can truly look like.
Because the more joyful your life becomes, the more sustainable your work can be.
About the Speaker: Mandy Casteel-Denney is a neurodivergent speaker, environmental educator, and advocate who explores the intersection of neurodiversity, nature, joy, and belonging. Drawing on more than 20 years in education and her lived experience as an autistic and ADHD parent, she delivers engaging presentations that challenge conventional thinking and offer practical, neurodiversity-affirming solutions. Mandy is the founder of Blue Tulip Inclusive Education and a Northern Colorado Chapter Lead for the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce.
