The NeuroTalent Collective is a monthly community created for neurodivergent professionals who are seeking employment, changing careers, returning to work, or exploring new opportunities.
More than a networking event, the NeuroTalent Collective is a place to build meaningful relationships, share resources, strengthen career skills, and learn from others who understand the unique experiences of navigating today's workforce.
Each month, attendees will hear from guest speakers, participate in supportive discussions, discover practical career resources, and expand their professional network in a welcoming, neuroinclusive environment.
Whether you're actively job searching, considering your next career move, or simply looking for a community that understands your journey, you'll find encouragement, practical guidance, and opportunities to move forward.
Why We Created the NeuroTalent Collective
Finding meaningful employment can be challenging, especially when you're navigating it alone. For many neurodivergent professionals, the job search comes with additional barriers—finding workplaces that value different thinking, building confidence after setbacks, or simply finding people who understand the journey.
The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce created the NeuroTalent Collective because we believe careers are built through community.
Our goal is to create a consistent space where neurodivergent professionals can find encouragement, exchange ideas, access valuable resources, learn from experienced speakers, and support one another through every stage of their career journey.
