Meet Our Executive Director

Leslie Espinoza

I’m Leslie Espinoza, Executive Director of CNDCC, and I’m proud to lead the nation’s first neurodiversity chamber of commerce. I am also neurodivergent and have ADHD, which deeply shapes how I lead, connect, and advocate for more inclusive workplaces. This work is both professional and personal for me.

Through my career in chambers of commerce and community-building, I’ve seen firsthand how neurodivergent individuals bring creativity, innovation, and problem-solving strengths to business, yet often face unnecessary barriers due to outdated norms and misconceptions. At CNDCC, we exist to change that.

Our work focuses on creating real pathways for neurodivergent professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to thrive, while supporting employers in building authentically neuro-inclusive workplaces that drive productivity, retention, and growth. We bring people together through meaningful connections, practical resources, regional chapters, and statewide programming that strengthens Colorado’s workforce and economy.

I believe strongly in the power of connection and community. CNDCC is not just an organization, it is a place where people belong and are valued for who they are.

Warm regards,

Leslie Espinoza
