Mission

To provide strategies and opportunities to optimize business growth by building an authentically diverse and equality-based workplace, while helping to further opportunities for neurodivergent individuals to excel in the workforce, business, and leadership.

Vision

Our vision is to make Colorado a leader in neurodiversity affirming business practices, ensuring both businesses and individuals reach maximum potential.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Neurodivergent individuals - those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, brain injury, epilepsy, and more - bring exceptional creativity, innovation, and problem solving to the workplace. Yet stigma and outdated norms still block opportunities, leaving many overqualified and underemployed.

The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC) is the nation’s first chamber dedicated to unlocking this untapped talent. We connect leaders and innovators, share tools for success, and help keep Colorado one of the best places for business.
