The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC) invites employers, HR professionals, managers, and business leaders to participate in NeuroForward, a two-part, interactive training experience designed to help organizations turn their commitment to neuroinclusion into meaningful workplace practices. Whether your organization is just beginning its neuroinclusion journey or looking to strengthen existing efforts, NeuroForward provides the tools, strategies, and guidance to help you take the next step.

Why NeuroForward?

Neurodivergent individuals bring valuable perspectives, talents, and strengths to the workplace. Yet traditional workplace systems, communication practices, and hiring processes can unintentionally create barriers that prevent employees from reaching their full potential. NeuroForward helps organizations identify those barriers and explore practical solutions that benefit employees, managers, and the organization as a whole.

This is not another introductory awareness training. It's an opportunity to examine how your organization operates and discover actionable ways to improve employee experiences, strengthen retention, and build more effective teams.
