Leslie Espinoza
Leslie Espinoza is a chamber executive, community builder, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for creating workplaces and communities where people can belong, contribute, and thrive.
As Executive Director of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce, the nation’s first chamber of commerce dedicated to neurodiversity, Leslie is helping lead a growing statewide movement to advance neuroinclusion in business, workforce development, and leadership.
With more than 16 years of chamber and community leadership experience across Arizona, California, and Colorado, Leslie has built her career around bringing people together, strengthening communities, and turning ideas into impact.
As a neurodivergent leader herself, Leslie brings both lived experience and professional perspective to her work, strengthening her commitment to creating more inclusive workplaces and communities.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives Academy. She is also a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute and YWCA Women’s Leadership Academy and a recipient of Southern Arizona's 40 Under 40 award.
