This conversation focused gathering is an opportunity for us to listen, learn, and better understand the real opportunities and challenges businesses are facing when it comes to neuroinclusion, workforce development, workplace culture, hiring, retention, communication, training, and support resources.
The goal of this roundtable is to help guide the Chamber’s future programs, partnerships, trainings, and initiatives based on the needs of the business community. Together, we can identify areas for collaboration, share ideas, discuss gaps in resources, and explore ways to create stronger, more inclusive workplaces across Northern Colorado.
