Held in person: TBD

Fort Collins, CO

Presented by: Leslie Espinoza, Executive Director, Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce

NeuroForward is CNDCC’s next-step employer training experience designed for organizations ready to move beyond foundational neurodiversity training and take a deeper, more implementation-focused approach to building neuroinclusive workplaces.

While CNDCC’s Neurodiversity 101 training introduces foundational concepts, practical strategies, and immediate workplace considerations, NeuroForward expands on that learning through deeper discussion, collaborative problem-solving, operational strategies, and workplace implementation practices.

This interactive, discussion-based training is held in person as a two-part series and is designed as a team learning experience, encouraging employers to attend together so leadership teams, managers, HR professionals, and workplace decision-makers can collaboratively explore strategies and implementation across their organization.

This training is designed for:

  • Employers

  • HR professionals

  • Managers and supervisors

  • Team leaders

  • Business owners

  • Workforce development professionals

  • Organizational leadership teams

Participants will explore practical strategies for:

  • Neuroinclusive leadership

  • Workplace communication practices

  • Hiring and onboarding

  • Employee retention

  • Workplace systems and operational design

  • Reducing workplace friction

  • Supporting employee success and performance

NeuroForward is designed to help employers build workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive while improving communication, retention, workplace effectiveness, and overall team performance. Through practical implementation strategies, organizations can reduce workplace friction, strengthen employee success, and create more effective systems that benefit all employees.
