The NeuroInclusive Leaders Series is a monthly learning experience designed for employers, managers, HR leaders, supervisors, educators, and anyone responsible for shaping workplace culture.
Each session explores practical, real-world strategies for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining neurodivergent talent. Through expert speakers, case studies, and actionable tools, participants gain a deeper understanding of neuroinclusive practices that strengthen teams, increase retention, and create more equitable opportunities.
This series equips leaders with the knowledge and confidence to build workplaces where neurodivergent individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their strengths.
This Month’s Topic: Recent national data from Ernst and Young and Disability:IN highlights the powerful role neurodivergent talent plays in driving enterprise innovation and performance.
