Colorado, Florida, and Georgia Neurodiversity Chambers Unite for Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026
Celebrating neurodivergent voices, advancing inclusive workplaces, and connecting communities through learning, resources, and shared impact.
(Denver, Colorado) The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC), in collaboration with the Florida Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (GANCC), proudly announces a first-of-its-kind, multi-state partnership in recognition of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026, taking place March 15–21, 2026.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week is an international movement dedicated to challenging stereotypes, increasing understanding, and celebrating the strengths, talents, and contributions of neurodivergent individuals. Across Colorado, Florida, and Georgia, this year’s celebration will spotlight the voices, experiences, and innovations shaping more inclusive workplaces and communities.
As the first three neurodiversity chambers established in the United States, Colorado, Florida, and Georgia are joining forces to elevate awareness, share expertise, and model cross-state collaboration. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing economic opportunity, supporting inclusive employers, and building environments where neurodivergent professionals can thrive.
The importance of this celebration is underscored by workforce realities. Approximately 15% to 20% of the global population is neurodivergent, yet neurodivergent individuals experience unemployment rates as high as 30% to 40% — and up to 85% for individuals with autism — significantly higher than the general population. At the same time, research continues to demonstrate that neurodiverse teams can be up to 30% more productive, with organizations reporting improved innovation, accuracy, and employee engagement when diverse cognitive styles are supported.
“Neurodiversity Celebration Week represents more than recognition — it represents progress,” said Leslie Espinoza, Executive Director of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce. “Colorado, Florida, and Georgia are demonstrating what is possible when leaders unite across states to advance inclusion, innovation, and economic opportunity. By amplifying lived experience and equipping employers with practical strategies, we are helping reshape workplace culture in ways that benefit individuals, organizations, and communities alike.”
Throughout the week, participating chambers will engage their members and communities through a dynamic lineup of virtual and in-person events, educational sessions, and community-driven activities centered on:
• Amplifying neurodivergent voices and lived experience
• Sharing resources, tools, and best practices
• Advancing inclusive workplace strategies
• Fostering learning, dialogue, and connection
• Strengthening cross-sector collaboration
“Neurodiversity Celebration Week is not simply about inclusion — it is about recognizing and unlocking human potential at scale,” said María Jacobo, Founder and President of the Florida Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce. “We are proud to stand alongside Colorado and Georgia in this multi-state collaboration that celebrates neurodivergent strengths while advancing a national ecosystem where businesses, educators, and communities work together. This week represents both visibility and action — ensuring neurodivergent individuals are not only supported, but recognized as essential contributors to innovation, productivity, and economic growth.”
“Similarly, the Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce is proud to participate in Neurodiversity Celebration Week alongside Colorado and Florida,” said Jacey Smith, Co-Founder of the Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce. “As we recently marked our one-year anniversary since launching in 2025, this collaboration feels especially meaningful. Over the past year, we’ve witnessed powerful momentum across Georgia, with neurodivergent adults, professionals, and allies coming together in new and inspiring ways. Celebration Week provides an important opportunity to amplify voices, deepen understanding, and strengthen partnerships that expand access to long-term employment, belonging, and opportunity.”
Programming throughout Neurodiversity Celebration Week will explore topics including workplace inclusion, accessibility, executive functioning, communication strategies, leadership development, and practical approaches to supporting neurodivergent professionals across industries.
To ensure accessibility and ease of participation, all virtual sessions will be livestreamed on the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce YouTube Channel, creating an open, barrier-free experience for attendees nationwide:

In a continued commitment to cultural inclusion and accessibility, the 2026 celebration will also feature Spanish-language programming curated and led by the Florida Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce, expanding reach and ensuring conversations, resources, and educational opportunities are accessible to diverse communities and audiences.
The full schedule of events and activities will begin rolling out in March, with details shared through participating chambers and partner networks.
This collaboration reflects a shared vision among the chambers to deepen impact, strengthen community, and inspire leaders across the country to establish neurodiversity chambers in their own states — continuing the movement and expanding inclusive economic opportunities nationwide.
