Ambassador of the Month: Charles Kransberger
Charles Kransberger is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor whose career in neurodiversity and disability advocacy spans 16 years. His extensive career includes work with K-12 special education, government vocational rehabilitation agencies, universities, tech startups, consulting, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship. His current titles include Consultant with Neurodiversity in the Workplace, Career Counselor with WizTherapy, and Ambassador with the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce.
During the day, Charles helps dozens of organizations, including those with some of the most mature and comprehensive corporate neurodiversity programs, harness the business advantages of neurodiversity inclusion through talent acquisition, assisting human resources, and advising leadership. In the evenings and on weekends, Charles helps neurodivergent students and professionals achieve their career goals through one-on-one coaching.
More than a decade into his career in neurodiversity and disability services, Charles became the father of an autistic son, who is now 4 years old, making his work even more personally meaningful. Charles has a strong connection to Colorado, including being an alumnus of the University of Northern Colorado and facilitating neurodiversity hiring programs at multiple Fortune 500 companies in Denver.
He joined the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce to help deliver as much economic value as possible to Colorado’s economy and to the talent pool of neurodivergent students and professionals.
