Tim was diagnosed with Asperger’s style autism at age 54. The diagnosis changed his life both personally and professionally.

Tim is a serial entrepreneur in online and brick and mortar retail, product design and development, and manufacturing. He joined the tech business by becoming a Microsoft Certified System Engineer in the mid 90’s.

Tim became an independent IT consultant where he was able to experience the workplace culture of many companies large and small. Tim is now a technical trainer at Google where he is deeply involved in their neurodiversity efforts.

He is also a board member of the Autism Society of America, on the CAI Neurodiversity Solutions advisory board, and an advisor to Uptimize and Link OT. Tim is working to explain and release the unique perspectives and skills of the neurodistinct through his efforts as a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist.

Tim’s concepts include the Neurocloud, Emotional Speaking, Neurodiversity at Work 2.0 and more. He believes an inside out approach starting with support, understanding, and acceptance before hiring programs is required.



Tim is a professionally trained and experienced speaker and trainer in both in person and virtual formats. His style is relaxed, engaging, personal, and immediately actionable. He has spoken or trained organizations like Nvidia, Qualcomm, Google, Cornell University, Vanderbilt, Autism Speaks as well as private coaching with individual contributors to executives.

He authored, Geeks Guide to Interviews: 15 Critical Items for the Technical Type, which uses simple steps like his 2-Minute Rule to help the neurodistinct to succeed in traditional interviews and everyone else to better understand neurodiversity challenges in the workplace.
