Amy Bittner

Amy Weeks Bittner joined MJ Insurance in 2023 as the vice president, business + community development.

In her role, Amy is responsible for promoting MJ’s commitment to the community through board service, volunteering and community giving initiatives along with focusing on new business development for all MJ business units. Additionally, Amy works to organize opportunities that connect local business leaders through networking events, roundtables, and industry gatherings.

In 2013, Amy founded the skills-based volunteer group, HRunlocked, which brings HR leadership in Colorado together for skills-based volunteer events that serve those with barriers to employment. HRunlocked partners with organizations such as Step Denver, BankWork$, Blind Institute of Technology and Women’s Bean Project.



Amy has served on the Boards of Women’s Bean Project, a social enterprise focused on job readiness and Firefly Autism, an organization that supports individuals on the autism spectrum. Currently, Amy is an active member of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC).
