Amanda Kelly

Board Chair

Dr. Amanda Kelly, BCBA-D, is a strong and passionate leader who values data driven results. With a Ph.D. in Psychological Science & Behavior Analysis from Maynooth University, Ireland, and a background in contextual research avenues, she has championed person centered and individualized approaches throughout her career.

Amanda's expertise extends to both academia and practical application. Her journey from Ireland to Colorado, USA, saw her transition from senior leadership roles at Firefly Autism, to her appointment as President & CEO in December of 2021. Amanda is honored to lead Firefly and to share the journey with the hundreds of staff, learners and families supported annually.

In 2022, Amanda co-founded the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC), the first chamber of commerce in the US dedicated to advancing neurodivergent individuals in business and leadership.



She is actively engaged in various boards and committees, including CiviCO, the International Women’s Forum of Colorado, and the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce. Named a Denver Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2025, and CoBiz Magazine CEO of the year in 2024, Amanda leads with dedication and action.
